How do I book a delivery?

Choose the van or lorry size you need on the Shop page and check out securely online — we'll then confirm your pickup and drop-off details by phone or message. Prefer to ask first? Reach us on the Contact page.

What delivery services do you offer?

We offer van delivery for smaller loads, and 14ft and 24ft lorry delivery for furniture, retail goods, office equipment, bulk cargo and event logistics across Singapore.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through secure Stripe checkout. Your payment details are never stored on our site.

Which areas do you cover?

We serve locations across Singapore, island-wide. Let us know your pickup and drop-off points and we'll confirm timing when we contact you.

Where are you based?

Our base is at 55 Serangoon North Ave 4 — full address, hours and a map are on the Contact page. We collect and deliver island-wide.

How should I prepare for pickup?

Have your pickup and drop-off addresses and a rough idea of your load size ready. We'll help you pick the right vehicle when we confirm your booking.

Do you handle regular business deliveries?

Yes — we handle both one-off deliveries and regular business logistics. Tell us your needs on the Contact page and we'll tailor a solution.

What if I need to reschedule?

Plans change — contact us as early as you can to reschedule and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
